That's how I've felt for the past 25 years working in the digital media industry. But even though the landscape keeps shifting, one thing that's remained constant for me is my love of learning and growing.

I've had the privilege of working for some amazing companies during my career, and I've learned so much from those experiences. But the thing that's brought me the most joy and fulfillment is my work as a leader. It hasn't always been easy – in fact, I've made plenty of mistakes along the way – but every failure has helped me become the person I am today.

As for my team – well, they're the best part of my job. There's nothing more rewarding than working with people who are passionate about what they do and helping them navigate the challenges of the modern workplace. I believe that together, we can work through any obstacle and be the best versions of ourselves.
